- When I try to book on-line, sometimes the system freezes; what do I do?
Yes, sometimes we encounter technical difficulties. Try waiting, the system may be backed up with many requests and running slow. If this doesn't work try clicking on the top toolbars "tools", "internet options", then down to "delete files", click "ok" then refresh. Sometimes internet files have changed since the last time you visited but your computer is still looking for the older files.
